yes, that is a phimosis, an quite a serious one. if he came to my surgery, as a doctor i could only recommend a circumcision. it may well have become phimotic as a teenager, and should have been dealt with then. i know many people might find it sexy, but you have to thin about the lad's health. it could lead to kidney problems and even fitting. please could someone on the site please point him in the direction of a doctor before he develops other problems.
